I am a Computer Science student at Technical University Berlin and a Visual Communication minor at Class Digital of University of Arts Berlin.
I major in Computer Graphics and Compiler Construction/Programming Languages, but I am also interested in operating system and system programming related stuff.
Before I started studying, I did an apprenticeship as an audio and video technician at the postproduction company Taurus Media Technik in Munich and also worked there for one year after my degree. Before that, I worked as an assistant at the art department of a cinema film production and did an internship at Bavaria Film in Munich.
From December 2006 to June 2008 I have been working at the Department of Compiler Construction and Programming Languages of TU Berlin, first at a research project on the Semantic Web in Collaboration with Deutsche Telekom AG, Alcatel SEL AG, Infineon Technologies AG and the Fraunhofer Institutes FOKUS, FIRST und SIT. Die implementation language was Java.
From August 2007 to June 2008 I have been working at DaimlerChrysler Automotive Information Technology Institute as a C/C++-Programmer and occupied myself with QNX Systems.
During the semester break I additionally worked as a docent and tutor for freshmen at the Java Programming Course organised by the collegiate organisation Freitagsrunde.
From October 2008 to March 2009, I wrote my Master's thesis on Integration of Non-Photoreealistic Rendering for 3D models in Processing at Princeton University, Princeton, NJ.
